I am a highly motivated part-time Postgraduate Researcher at University of Leeds with a background
in Natural Sciences (Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry) and Regulatory Affairs.
I conduct research on Digital Food Environments (e.g. online food retail, meal delivery apps, social media platforms)
and features that can enable healthier and more sustainable food choices.
My PhD is funded by the Leeds Doctoral Scholarship.
I also work full-time at a research consultancy (Campden BRI) as a Regulatory Affairs Advisor.
The purpose of my Digital Food PhD blog is to create a platform for people to learn about digitalisation and its impact on our food choices, as well as further understand my PhD journey as I contribute to this field of work.
